Leadership training

We provide team leaders and operational managers with the tools for successful employee development and leadership.


We teach valuable fundamentals and practical skills, especially for operational managers such as team leaders, shift supervisors and foremen.

Lean training

Our lean training courses give your employees the tools to facilitate and improve existing work processes.


Our trainings focus on the individual. We believe that facilitating existing work processes with and for the benefit of individual employees can best contribute to the success of the company. Among other things, cycle times can be shortened, waiting times eliminated, and thus lead times reduced for the benefit of the customer. 

With our training courses, we therefore support the employee-oriented design of low-waste processes across the entire value chain of your company.

In addition to the general overview of the Lean philosophy, Lean Production or Lean Administration, we impart detailed methodological knowledge in in-depth workshops on site with a high practical content, for example on Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, 5S or SMED, also in the sense of the Train-the-Trainer approach.

Continuous improvement (CI) starts where employees recognize the daily problems as such, look for what prevents them from doing their job professionally and then actively address and solve them.
